From Calabria's rolling mountains, traversing London's bustling kitchens, to the vibrant culinary landscape of Trinidad, Angelo's journey has been fueled by a deep love for cooking instilled by his Italian family.
Angelo's has been a cornerstone of Calabrian and authentic Italian cuisine in Trinidad & Tobago for many years. We’re an Italian family passionate about Italian food, honouring tradition and creativity in our meals served. We use pure, natural ingredients and treasured recipes shared in our family. Our kitchen is our way of sharing the warmth of Italian culture—the simplicity that transforms humble ingredients into culinary works of art. With this in mind, we invite you to our newest venture, Angelo’s Panini Bar - our “Little Italy” - a project and dream that has been in the making for years.
